Sometimes walking into a new congregation where you may or may not know anyone and they do things a little differently than your previous church can be a little intimidating. We want to try to eliminate those feelings and give you a little bit of information in advance. What We Believe
We believe the Bible to be the verbally inspired Word of God and our only authority (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Colossians 3:17). Teaching the Word of God is an important part of our services. You will observe that the Bible is the textbook to which reference is repeatedly made in our sermons and classes. Special emphasis is placed on the New Testament. Click HERE for more information.
Leadership
Jesus Christ is the leader of his church. However, leadership also takes place at the congregational level and is very important in ensuring that we are following the Word to the best of our ability, and that our members have the resources and support they need during their walk with Christ. Ministries
We have several exciting and valuable ministries taking place at the Stolley Park church of Christ.
