Being a part of a church family must include service to our heavenly father.

The Stolley Park church of Christ seeks to serve in the community of Grand Island, Nebraska, and beyond.  Here are a few of the ways our members are serving.

Hall County Corrections Facility ministry:  A group of men from the church work together in leading 4-5 Bible studies every Tuesday afternoon at the Hall County Corrections Facility in Grand Island.  On Mondays, women from the congregation are also meeting with women at the Corrections Facility for a few Bible studies.

Leadership Training For Christ (LTC): Our youth (3rd grade-12th grade) participate in Leadership Training For Christ each year.  This program helps build leadership qualities in our youth through the study of God’s word.  For more information on our LTC program, click here.

Days of Service: Every summer, God’s body at the Stolley Park church of Christ reaches out to the community and helps fix up community members houses around the Grand Island area.  We are joined by a group from South Haven, MS, the Goodman Oaks church of Christ, to tackle a full week of many projects reaching out to members of Grand Island and surrounding communities.

Tabitha’s Closet: Every Thursday from 9 am – 3 pm we have free clothing being given away for all ages at the church building. This is a free service offered to all in the community.  We also accept clothing donations for this service at any time during the week that can be dropped off at the church building.

Bible Studies: This church body grows closer in connection to one another thought numerous home Bible studies that take place throughout the week.  If for more information about those studies and how to become a part of one of them, find more information on the Deeper Connections page.
